Style: American Pale Ale ABV: 5.5% Body: Medium Color: Medium Copper Colored Monkey Tail is the very first beer that was ever made for Suds Monkey. It is a west coast pale ale that gets it’s inspiration from two of our favorite American Pale Ales, Sierra Nevada and Deschutes Mirror Pond Pale Ale. This medium bodied, malty pale ale has the perfect balance of crystal malts, and hop bitterness that come from Cascade Hops exclusively for all kettle hop additions. And as something that is difficult to find in today's market, this beer is NOT dry hopped

Style: New England India Pale Ale ABV: 5.5% Color: Hazy Straw Color Moxey Monkey is a hazy, light bodied, super smooth mouthfeel, with a lot of citrus hop character balanced with a slight up front hop spine that make this beer enjoyable to both the new IPA fans who are “here for the juice” and the old school West Coast IPA lovers. Style: American Porter ABV: 5.5% Color: Brown Punk Monkey Porter is a special beer that we decided to break the mold with. We found that a lot of porters in the market are heavier and availability seems to drop off in the summer months, leaving porter fans with a several month drought. We wanted to fix this problem and in came Punk Monkey Porter. It is a lighter bodied Porter but packs all the flavor punch of any of the heavier versions. We use a ton of oats to give the mouthfeel of bigger versions, but this beer stays light and is LOVED by porter people especially in the summer. And in the winter months, its lighter so you can enjoy MORE of them

Style: American Pale Ale ABV: 5.7% Body: Light-medium Color: Light Golden We are Super Proud of this Beer-Recently winning 1st place in the Pale Ale category at the Fredricksburg beer festival! SMASH is a style of beer that is used to really showcase a single type of hop. We like to use this style to learn about a new how that we are testing, before we put in into a hop blend in a new recipe. SMASH stands for Single Malt And Single Hop. In this SMASH we featured Mosaic Hop and use copious amounts with a delayed 50 min kettle hop and a 15 min flavor hop addition and that dry hop at 1# per barrel for the super juicy and citrus notes that pour out over the top of the glass! Get you some!

Style: American Amber ABV: 5.5% Color: Deeper Ruby Tex S. Monkey is a heavier-medium bodied American Amber Ale that has a lovely malty mouthfeel and flavor with a semi-cloying finish. We designed this beer specifically for the Burning Cash BBQ team with whom we participate at the Dripping Springs Founders Day Festival. Our brewer/owner went through 5 different versions of the Tex S. Amber before getting a unified thumbs up from Burning Cash. While this beer is Made For BBQ, especially burnt ends, it is a delicious malt forward, slightly hopped Amber that truly represents the style and is perfect any day of the year. We love it in the spring and fall especially!

Style: American Lager ABV: 3.8% Body: Light Color: Straw Danny is named after a dear friend of the brewery. Danny has helped us build out every phase of the brewery from the very first location on Circle Drive to our current location. Danny LOVES light beers and it took us a few attempts to get the beer light enough for Danny to tell us it was “allll riiiiight!!” This beer is the perfect all day drinker for those dog days of summer. It’s also perfect for that friend who is still getting their footing in consuming craft beer. It's a very clean, light, & refreshing beer that you & your buddies are sure to enjoy.
